The authors have developed a tensile force strengthening method using bonded carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) plate to enhance the life of existing building.This paper showed the result of cyclic loading three point tests and the fatigue limit based on Goodman’s Low for adhesive.The result showed that fatigue failure of adhesive could not observed even if shear stress of adhesive at the top of CFRP is over assumed fatigue limit based on Goodman’s Low
