In this paper we meet a problem in mathematical education about figures, our purpose is to obtain proofs of follow propositions. (I) If Mn is an n-gon of minimum area circumscribed about the convex region C, the areas satisfy inequality Mn + Mn+2 ≧ 2Mn+1 (II) If mn is an n-gon of maximum area inscribed in the convex region C, the areas satisfy inequality mn + mn+2 ≦ 2mn+1 but the n-gon means a poligon which is constructed with n-segments. These propositions will be able to become for students good present, and the students have a view of figures in school-mathematics
