A combustion chamber of a Diesel engine, constructed with cylinder liners, piston, cylinder cover, etc, operates under very serious conditions in high temperature and pressure. Then performances of the engine gradually decrease with operating hours, since various parts constructing the chamber are often worn down through their locomotive motions. Accordingly, we should pay deep attention on well maintenances of the above parts for upkeeping its high efficiential operations.
