Business management and Environmental Goal

It is argued that modern corporation as an adaptation system to its environments should have environmental management. However, why-must modern corporation have environmental management? And what is meant by environmental management for modern corporation? This paper explains from the viewpoint of evironmental goal, what roles environmental management in modern corporation plays, how environmental management must be developed, and what kind of relations to business management there are. Environmental management of modern corporation is an important instrument of adapting to its environments, has three levels of management (i.e. , ethical, strategic, and operating management) , and has three types of management(i.e. ,the environment-management, the environmental production-management, and the environmental labour-management)
