Nickel-tungsten alloy (Ni_W_) containing up to 15% tungsten has been electrochemically synthesized. Crystal grain size decreased and the lattice constant increased with increasing in tungsten content in deposit. The Nickel-tungsten alloy contains nano-size crystals.
