Ocena jakości życia pacjentów poddawanych hemodializie

Introduction. This work is an attempt to assess the quality of life of patients undergoing haemodialysis. This due to the severity and persistentity of the disease causes serious burdens. Therefore, the quality of life can vary depending on the methods of treatment used, age, support coming, but also the length of the disease. Aim. The purpose of this work is to assess the quality of life of the dialysis patient. Material and methods. work uses a diagnostic survey method. To this end, its own survey questionnaire and the SF 36 questionnaire were developed. As a result, 100 people were invited to the study and indicated their own experiences with the disease. Results. Studies have shown that people react differently to the disease. This depends on age, but also on concomitant diseases. In addition, it must not be forgotten that, for example, work and the number of things that need to be adapted to living conditions causes patients to assess their lives differently. Most often it is an average or good rating. Conclusions. Based on the studies carried out, it has been shown that young people are more struggling with the disease. The same applies to emotional states. Some people supported by loved ones will better cope with the disease, and others worse. This may depend on their responsibilities, but also on their plans for life. In addition, many of the sick are elderly, and therefore they are struggling with numerous accompanying diseases. However, despite many modern treatments, the life of patients is limited to some extent.Wstęp. Niniejsza praca stanowi próbę oceny jakości życia pacjentów poddawanych hemodializie. Ta ze względu na dotkliwość oraz uporczywość choroby powoduje poważne obciążenia. W związku z tym jakość życia może być różna w zależności od zastosowanych metod leczenia, wieku, wsparcia najbliższych, ale również długości choroby. Cel. Celem niniejszej pracy jest ocena jakości życia pacjenta dializowanego. Materiał i metody. W pracy wykorzystano metodę sondażu diagnostycznego. W tym celu opracowano własny kwestionariusz ankiety oraz kwestionariusz SF 36. Dzięki temu do badania zaproszono 100 osób, które wskazały na własne doświadczenia z chorobą. Wyniki. W ramach przeprowadzonych badań dowiedziono, że osoby różnie reagują na chorobę. Jest to uzależnione od wieku, ale i też od chorób współistniejących. Poza tym nie można zapomnieć, iż np. praca zawodowa oraz ilość spraw, które trzeba dostosować do warunków życia powoduje, że chorzy różnie oceniają swoje życie. Najczęściej jest to ocena średnia lub dobra. Wnioski. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań dowiedziono, że osobom młodym trudniej pogodzić się z chorobą. To samo odnosi się do stanów emocjonalnych. Jedne osoby wspierane przez najbliższych lepiej poradzą sobie z chorobą, a inne gorzej. Może to być uzależnione od obowiązków, ale również od ich planów na życie. Dodatkowo wiele osób chorych to osoby w podeszłym wieku, a zatem zmagają one z licznymi chorobami towarzyszącymi.
