Poland’s membership in the European Union significantly affects how public administration operates and how it interacts with the administrative authorities of the Member States, as well as with the EU institutions. While this paper does not aim at examining substantive or procedural aspects concerning regulatory authorities, in particular their specific powers or proceedings before those bodies, the aim of this paper is to present the place of regulatory bodies in the constitutional system and their role in the economy from the perspective of EU law and the Polish legal system.Tłumaczenie: K.
