AbstractPurpose: The purpose of the paper is to verify the relationship between generation’s Z core values and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Methodology: The research was conducted in 2019 among 491 respondents (generation Z) based on quantitative research method. Two types of questionnaires were used to collect data: 1) Rokeach Value Survey (RVS) and 2) Organizational Citizenship Behaviour Checklist. Findings: Based on analysis of the research results one can conclude that only several values correlate with OCB.
