The purpose of this study is to explore if the use of virtual reality (VR) improves performance in sports and examine whether there is empirical evidence supporting this. There is a lack of a common denominator that can be used as a direct comparison between various studies. Construct validity, the degree of which a method and test accurately trains and assesses what is required on the sports field, could be this link.
