This thesis is the result of research on legal protection for victims, namely borrowers whose personal data is shared by fintech lending services with illegal status. The purpose of this study is to find out the application of the law to the perpetrator, namely the collector from the fintech lending application who disseminates the borrower's personal data and to find out the legal remedies that can be taken by the victim, namely the borrower due to personal data distributed by the collector from the fintech lending application. The research method used in this thesis is normative by conducting literature studies. The results of this study indicate that legal protection of the personal data of borrowers from fintech lending applications has been regulated in the Information and Electronic Transactions Law, and there are also victims' rights, namely the borrowers who must be considered to guarantee the rights of personal data subjects as a form of protection. self as a human righ
