ASPEK HUKUM PENANGGULANGAN PENCEMARAN SUNGAI AKIBAT LIMBAH CAIR KELAPA SAWIT PT. BENUA LAWAS LESTARI DI KEC KELUMPANG HULU KABUPATEN KOTABARU PROVINSI KALIMANTAN SELATAN

The title of writing the law in this research is Legal Aspects of Handling River Pollution Due to Palm Oil Waste PT Benua Lawas Lestari, Kelumpang Hulu District, Kota Baru Regency, South Kalimantan Province where the problem in this research is the management of river pollution due to palm oil liquid waste. The aim is to find out how to deal with river pollution due to PT Benua Lawas Lestari's palm oil liquid waste and what are the obstacles in tackling river pollution due to PT Benua Lawas Lestari's palm liquid waste. The writing of this law uses the empirical writing method where this writing pays attention to social facts in the field and data obtained from several interviews with respondents, books, and sources of information. The conclusion of this study is the prevention of river pollution due to liquid waste from PT. Benua Lawas Lestari has been running well but not yet optimal because pollution is still found which results in losses for the community and aquatic habitats
