PELAKSANAAN PENDAFTARAN HAK ATAS TANAH PERTAMA KALI SECARA SPORADIK DIDESA PANGGUNGHARJO KECAMATAN SEWON KABUPATEN BANTUL

The writing of this law is entitled "Implementation of the first sporadic registration of land rights in Panggungharjo Village, Kec. Sewon, Bantul Regency”, with an identification of how the first sporadic implementation of land registration was carried out in Panggungharjo Village. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the sporadic land registration system in Panggungharjo Village which was carried out by the National Land Agency in the Sporadic land registration system in Panggungharjo Village. The research location was located at the PanggungHarjo village head office with an empirical legal research method. The data collection used in this study was a literature study and interviews and was analyzed qualitatively. Based on the results of the study, it is shown that the sporadic land registration process can be carried out by submitting an application directly to the land office at the registration counter by paying an administration fee and submitting (attaching) requirements including a certificate of land tenure/handover letter, statement of heirs, photocopy of KTP , Photocopy of Family Card, photocopy of SPPT and PBB for two years running, stamp duty Rp. 10,000, - as well as a format application letter from the land office
