Linee di (in)giustizia tra disabilità e cura

In this talk, I would like to examine the approach of disability that is proposed from a human rights perspective, of which I will take the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CDPD) as a representative example.In particular, I will focus on the conception of "personal assistance" proposed by the Convention, of which I will try to raise some issues in the terms of injustice from an ethics of care perspective
