Ethical dilemmas of a social care assistant at work for homeless people

The diploma thesis deals with ethics in social work, specifically in the social rehabilitation service, which helps people on the edge of society endangered by the social exclusion. In the theoretical part we can find a brief description of the problematics of homelessness and services helping this target group, followed by description of importance of ethics in the social work. In the next part is this thesis dedicated to outputs evaluated on the basis of in-depth semi-structured dialogues, being held with workers of specific institution. The reader can get to know the most frequent ethical dilemmas of workers, at their work with clients.
