Introverted children in kindergarten

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic of introverted children in kindergarten. The theoretical part introduces the concept of temperament, specifically Jung's categorization of extraversion and introversion. It also presents the personality typology according to MBTI. In the second chapter, the thesis concentrates on introverted children, their potential behaviours in kindergarten, and the approach that educators should adopt when dealing with them. The research section aims to address three research questions concerning the main objective of the bachelor's thesis, which are: to explore how introverted children react to the kindergarten environment, their peers, and the teachers' approach. To obtain the answers, multiple qualitative methods were employed, including a custom questionnaire for parents, participant observation, and interviews with colleagues. The research sample consisted of five selected children.
