Personality of a preschool teacher

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to find out what personality types, according to the MBTI test, work in the position of a kindergarten teacher and how each personality type views this profession. The theoretical part focuses on the kindergarten teacher, his/her role, competencies, abilities and moral principles. Furthermore, the theoretical segment deals with personality, temperament and the description of different personality typologies. The practical section describes and evaluates the research, which consisted of quantitative and qualitative parts. A questionnaire was used for the quantitative portion of the research, while in the qualitative portion used semi-structured interview method. The respondents of the questionnaire were kindergarten teachers. Four female teachers were approached for the interview, representing some of the MBTI personality types
