Gender in Czech Language Textbooks

(in English): The thesis will focus on whether (or how) Czech language textbooks for apprentices have been gender-balanced in the last 50 years in terms of the representation and representation of men and women, or boys and girls. The core of the thesis will be the analysis of three Czech textbooks for apprentices with different periods of their creation: textbook A. Tejnor et al. textbook written before 1990, O. Hasenblas et al. textbook written in 1993 and N. Kvítková et al. textbook written after 2000. The analysis will look at how men and women/boys and girls are represented in the textbooks (in the texts and exercises used) and how they are represented in the textbooks. A comparison of the results of the analysis of different textbooks could show whether there has been a shift in this respect over the last 50 years and, if so, what kind of shift
