The Performance Evaluation of the Company using Balanced Scorecard

The subject of this diploma thesis is an evaluation of the performance of Makita, spol. s r.o. using the Balanced Scorecard method. The first part of the thesis will be devoted to the basic concepts and theories of strategic management, and performance indicators. In the second part, the data defined in the first, theoretical part, will be used to evaluate the current situation of the company. The obtained values will be used in the last part as a basis for the proposed implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method.
