The diploma thesis deals with the environmental management of a company with a focus on waste management. The first part of the thesis contains the definition of theoretical concepts related to the issue. The second part of the thesis deals with the analysis and evaluation of the current environmental system in the company with a focus on waste management, its use and management. The thesis concludes with a suggestion part, where suggestions and procedures for improving the current situation related to environmental management and waste management are proposed
