Performance Evaluation of Swoboda - Stamping, s.r.o.

This Master’s thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the performance of a company engaged in the production of components for the automotive industry. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and methods of performance evaluation. In the analytical part, methods of strategic and financial analysis are used in the monitored years 2017-2021 to evaluate the current state of the company. Based on the outputs from these analyses, a proposal is drawn up, which is a recommendation for maintaining the company's performance
