This thesis focuses on the creation of a business plan for the establishment of a company focused on the production and sale of cider in the South Moravian Region. The aim of the thesis is to develop proposals that can serve as a basis for the real establishment of the enterprise. The thesis is divided into three parts, where the first part deals with the definition of the theoretical background for the business, the business plan and selected methods of strategic analysis. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the current situation, i.e. the analysis of the external and internal environment of the enterprise and the conduct of marketing research.
