Business Plan

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a business plan for the establishment and operation of a guesthouse in South Moravia, more precisely in the wine village of Mikulčice near the Slovak border. Part of the work is to perform analyses of external and internal influences affecting the business using selected analyses that are described in the first part of the work. The results of these analyses are elaborated in the second part of this work, which also includes primary research of demand by means of a questionnaire survey of potential guests. In the last part of the work, a separate business plan is then processed according to the template described in the first part of the work. The business plan is based on the analyses that have been carried out and it includes a realistic proposal for the construction and launch of the guesthouse together with its marketing and financial strategy
