Add to ORKGThe bachelor thesis is focused on the renovation of forging dies by pulse methods, specifically MIG pulse and MIG double pulse. The subject of this research was a part of forging die made of steel Wr.Nr 1.2343ESU (H11), however the problem was simplified to the welding of four prisms with the same type of material. The main goal was to evaluate whether these methods can be utilized to speed up the entire renovation process as the welding speed is its undeniable advantage. There were used two types of welding materials to assess the suitability of the renovation.
