The bachelor thesis focuses on two construction designs on the 3rd floor. The first design is made of pre-stressed panels of SPIROLL type. The second design consists of a reinforced concrete continuous slab design with two bays, a beam, and a column. The internal forces for the design were obtained using SCIA Engineer. These internal forces were checked by hand calculation using the method of three-moment equations. Drawings for the above structures are included in the thesis. The design and assessment of the structures have been carried out as per the applicable standards
