Apartment building

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a residential building. The residential building is located in the northeastern part of Karviná in area designated for mass housing. The land for the new building of the apartment house is flat and undeveloped. The residential building is designed as a detached building with three floors and a partial basement. There are 5 residential units and 1 design office. The whole building is covered with a flat roof. There are 8 parking spaces on the west side. Vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures are made of ceramic Porotherm blocks, in the basement the perimeter structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. Horizontal load-bearing structures are monolithic reinforced concrete 230 mm thick, reinforced according to the static calculation. The perimeter masonry will be insulated using the ETICS contact insulation system with a thickness of 160 mm. The balconies are formed using ISO - beams made of reinforced concrete slab. The staircase is chosen as a two-legged staircase to overcome the height levels.
