The bachelor thesis is focused on sanitary and gas installation in an apartment building with three above-ground floors. The theoretical part explores the concentration of installations and networks. The computation and project part offers specific solution to the distribution of sewerage, water supply and gas pipeline in the apartment building and the connection of these networks to existing utility networks
