The designed residential building is located in the village of Tynište nad Orlici, specifically in its peripheral part called Podbori. The building is situated on a flat terrain with a slight slope. It is a four-story residential building with a basement, accommodating a total of seven housing units. The structural system of the building is designed using Therm blocks with a certified thermal insulation system.
