Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for Improvement

This bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Royal Prostějov, s.r.o., using financial and strategic analysis methods for the years 2017 to 2021. The thesis defines the theoretical foundations not only of financial but also of strategic analysis. Furthermore, the financial and strategic analysis methods are applied to the selected company. Based on the analyses, recommendations aimed at improving the selected company's situation are created, focused on the current situation and deficiencies identified from the analyses
