The Reverse Logistics in the Selected Company

The bachelor's thesis deals with reverse logistics in a selected branch of a franchise company which is the market leader in the given segment. I examined various logistics processes taking place in several selected departments. Based on research and analysis I subsequently proposed appropriate measures to streamline reverse logistics and minimize waste generated. I focused on describing of the company's branch, which is followed by an analysis of the current state of logistics processes in selected departments. I used the data obtained within my study stay. Furthermore, I designed and organized research using the methods of "mystery shopping", personal interviews and my own observation. Based on the analysis I carried out and my own research I proposed a set of measures that will lead to improve the efficiency of reverse logistics to minimize the negative impacts of the company's activities on the environment and increase customer satisfaction
