This bachelor thesis focuses on the employee remuneration system in the business premises of the selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical knowledge related to the issue of remuneration, and on the basis of this knowledge, the second part analyses the current state of the employee remuneration system in the selected company.
