Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Selected Company

The bachelor thesis focuses on the change in the concept of the incentive program in the selected company, its analysis, and subsequent suggestions on how to improve the program. The main objective of this bachelor thesis will be to propose an appropriate change in the concept of the motivation program for employees in the selected company Designfoods, s.r.o., which will lead to better performance of employees and greater prosperity of the company. The first part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the theoretical background. The second part contains an analysis of the current state of the company. The research part included a questionnaire survey and an interview with the owner of the company. The questionnaire survey results and the owner's answers show that the employees are satisfied with the incentive program in the company, but still, there were some shortcomings. The last part of the paper focuses on six possible suggestions for improvement of this program
