Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Selected Company

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the current motivation program of Montáže inženýrských sítí spol. s r. o. The aim of the thesis is to propose changes that will lead to optimization and increase of employee motivation. The theoretical background of the thesis defines important concepts that are used in the following parts of the thesis. The analytical part evaluates the current state of the motivation system in the company. Quantitative and qualitative methods were used in the research. For the quantitative research a questionnaire survey was conducted and for the qualitative research a structured interview with employees was conducted. The information obtained from the research is the basis for the design part. The actual solution proposals represent 7 possible suggestions for improving the company's incentive program
