Analysis of floorball teaching at the 2nd grade of elementary school

This bachelor's thesis deal with the issue of floorball teaching as part of physical education at the second level of elementary schools. The main goal was to analyze teaching at sport classes. In the theoretical part, I focused on the analysis of professional literature dealing with floorball rules, game activities and game combinations. During the research part, I focused on educators. With the help of questionnaires that I sent out to every elementary school in Orlicko-Ústecko region, I found out, which methods teachers apply in their lectures. I also investigated the sport equipment and the popularity of floorball across students and teachers. The result of research showed that teachers in physical classes apply simpler games activities rather than game combinations in their lessons. Regarding the sport equipment, it was found out that all elementary schools have good and enough sport equipment. Our research also confirmed a theory that floorball is a very popular sport nowadays among students
