This master's thesis deals with the measurement of hydrogen gas leaks and addresses key aspects related to hydrogen properties, storage, use, safety aspects, detection methods and seal testing. The study highlights the importance of safety in handling hydrogen and includes a thorough analysis of its properties. It discusses different methods of measuring hydrogen concentration and detecting leaks and assesses the suitability of different gasket materials such as polyester, elastomer, steel and graphite for use with hydrogen.
