Design of the Competitive Intelligence system

The diploma work is focused on the process of implementing Competitive Intelligence in Espressif Systems company. The goal of this work is to propose a method that will help the company navigate the competitive environment and thereby improve its position in the market. Knowledge from the theoretical and analytical parts is used as a starting point for designing the Competitive Intelligence process and for determining the correct method of analyzing the most significant competitor
