Assessment of the economic efficiency of the development project

This bachelor thesis critically discusses the economic efficiency of a development project which is evaluated by means of a cash flow analysis, specifically by utilizing discounted payback period and net cash flows. The theoretical part uses research to outline the business plan and the fundamental concepts associated with the economic efficiency, followed by outlining the aims and objectives of the business plan, investment planning, and development project cash flows. The second part of the thesis introduces the actual project proposal and applies the methods discussed in part one.
