PURPOSE To assess the feasibility and reliability of biometric measurements taken with the Eyestar 900 device in keratoconus eyes in comparison with those taken with the Pentacam HR and IOLMaster 700. METHODS Seventy-five eyes of 75 patients with keratoconus were included. The central corneal thickness (CCT), thinnest point of corneal thickness (TCT), axial length (AL), flat (K1) and steep (K2) anterior and posterior (Kp1, Kp2) keratometry, maximal keratometry (KMax) and anterior chamber depth (ACD) were compared between the Eyestar 900, Pentacam HR and IOLMaster 700.
