(English) Fiber-Reinforced Cementitious Matrix (FRCM) is a strengthening method that has been increasing its importance versus Fiber-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) due the lower cost and lower toxicity of its materials. The 3-stage behavior makes FRCM an interesting option when structures are subjected to non-static loads. For this reason, researchers have been characterising this strengthening system and they have applied it to structures as masonry or reinforced concrete. Its good compatibility with the substrate has been providing good results over the years.
