The Workshop on Biosystems Engineering (WEB) is an academic event that stated tacking our internal research and students, focused in to present and discuss the research results of the Biosystems Engineering Master Program (PGEB). Over the years, the event grown, expanding far over the boundaries of the Federal Fluminense University boundaries, bringing close many people and researcher interested in the area of Environmental Sciences. For this 5th edition, a movement towards its internationalization was made, bringing invited speakers and lectures from other countries and states.
