In this paper, we studied an integrated planning optimization model in container operations consisting of tactical and operational level decisions. At the tactical level decision, integration planning includes berth allocation problem, quay crane assignment problem and yard allocation planning. These tactical level decisions are integrated with quay crane scheduling which is an operational level decision at the container terminal.
