Purpose: Youth is a key life phase, as the behaviours established during this phase will mostly continue during adult live. Mental health is a state of well-being (WB) in which individuals realize their own abilities, can cope with the usual stresses of life, can work productively, and is able to contribute to their community. Physical activity (PA) is associated with the improvement of physical, cognitive, and mental health.
