Fitness is within reach for anyone. All that is needed to succeed is a little motivation. Adopting an active lifestyle is something that almost everyone has struggled with at some point their life. This paper seeks to evaluate the reasons behind plans failing and suggest how to opt a healthier lifestyle. Through online research as well as personal experience, this paper serves as a tool to help motivate people to get off the couch and into their running shoes.
