With the advent of the electrification era of passenger cars, the development and trend of new energy vehicles have attracted growing public attention. The focus of this paper is to compare the merits and demerits of different types of new energy vehicles and to look forward to their future development prospects. Based on the sales situation of NEVs in recent years, the proportion of NEVs in the current market and the existing conditions of different types of NEVs, this paper analyzes the current market structure and looks forward to the future development of new energy vehicles.
