This article presents the results of an experimental model of a systemic pseudomonas aeruginosa infection. This model can be used to develop therapeutic measures to suppress an infectious disease caused by antibiotic-resistant strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. For this purpose, a dry lyophilised culture (strain name: Pseudomonas Aeruginosa No. 453, strain number 190158, obtained from the Vishnevsky Institute of Surgery. Pseudomonas aeruginosa culture was pre-cultured in test tubes with meat-peptone broth (MPB), after 30 min using a sterile pipette and 0.2 ml of sterile pipette was transferred to test tubes with meat-peptone agar (cetrimide agar) and cultured in anaerobic medium at 37±2 °C for 24 h at the thermostat.
