This article discusses related aspects of the formation and provision of the functional quality of the load-bearing elements of frame systems. The subject of the study is the analysis of the state of steel structures with the possible manifestation of violations of the shape of structural elements in flanged joints. The formation and provision of the functional qualities of metal structures and their connections is carried out at all main stages of the life cycle.
