Study on the accessibility of digital health tools

The active transition to digital services due to quarantine restrictions suggests that there is a problem with the availability of digital tools for maintaining the health of Russians. The purpose of the article is to determine the demand for digital services operating in the field of health saving, as well as to identify the limitations of using these tools in modern conditions. The results of the study show that sites and mobile applications that allow receiving medical services remotely are in the greatest demand. The main limitations to the use of digital tools are doubts about the quality of the services provided and the availability of technological capabilities to use the service
