This study aims to describe the species diversity and abundance of fish in the Gorontalo Bone Canal. This research was conducted in the Bone Canal, Bone Bolango district, Gorontalo province with a survey method. Fish identification was carried out at the Zoology Laboratory of the Biology Department, State University of Gorontalo. The sampling technique was random sampling using nets installed at four observation stations for 24 hours. Station I is the northern part of the canal (upstream), station II is in the middle of the canal, station III is in the southern part of the canal (downstream) and station IV is located at the mouth of the Bone canal.
