Utilization of waste materials in concrete manufacture provides a satisfactory solution to some of environmental concerns and problems associated with waste management. Agro waste such as rice husk ash and bagasse ash were used as pozzolanic material for development of blended cement. The properties of concrete with partial replacement of cement by rice husk ash and bagasse ash for about 30% were investigated which includes its compressive strength, split tensile, flexural strength, durability property such as acid attack and sulphate attack.
