ObjectiveTo explore the association between metabolic status, body mass index (BMI), and natural history of patients with atrial fibrillation (AF).MethodsThe global, prospective GLORIA-AF Registry Phase II and III included patients with recent diagnosis of AF between November 2011 and December 2014 for Phase II and between January 2014 and December 2016 for Phase III.
