Introduction: Psychological flexibility is a construct which is characterized by value-based living and acceptance of uncomfortable thoughts and emotions. In addition to being a key concept in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, it was shown to be in important predictor of mental health and well-being. Common questionnaires measuring psychological flexibility mostly do not include its multifactorial structure, thus being criticized for not representing the whole concept of psychological flexibility.
